BLOOM is a floral design company dedicated to crafting stunning, one-of-a-kind floral for events throughout Northern Michigan. Our talented team of floral designers deliver exceptional quality and artistry to every project. Based in beautiful Northern Michigan, we are passionate about making every event truly unforgettable.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Studio and Logistics Assistant to support the behind-the-scenes operations of our busy floral studio. This role is essential to ensuring the studio runs smoothly and efficiently, enabling our design team to focus on delivering breathtaking floral arrangements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•Inventory Organization & Management:

•Track, organize, and restock floral supplies, tools, and equipment.

•Manage incoming deliveries of flowers and supplies, ensuring quality standards are met.

•Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with ordering as needed.

•Studio Cleaning & Preparation:

•Keep the studio clean, organized, and ready for production.

•Prep workstations and supplies for floral designers.

•Assist with setup and breakdown of projects or events.

•Logistics Support:

•Coordinate delivery schedules and assist with the packing and loading of floral arrangements.

•Ensure the safe transport of flowers and supplies to and from events.

•Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.

 

Qualifications:

•Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

•Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

•Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

•Comfortable working in a physical role with occasional lifting of heavy items (up to 50 lbs).

•Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

•Previous experience in logistics, inventory management, or studio operations is a plus, but not required.
