This celebration at Hotel Walloon designed with our friends at Ann Travis Events embraced everything we love about a Walloon Lake wedding: natural beauty, understated elegance, and deeply romantic design.

The lakeside wedding ceremony was set along the water’s edge, framed with lush florals in layered pinks and reds. Against the blue of the lake, the color palette felt rich, confident, and undeniably romantic. The florals were designed to enhance the setting rather than overpower it, allowing the natural landscape of Northern Michigan to shine while adding warmth and intimacy.

Guests were then welcomed into a beautifully styled tented wedding reception, beginning with a dramatic floral entry that set the tone for the evening. Inside the tent, the atmosphere felt elevated and inviting filled with abundant blooms, candlelight, and soft movement. The floral design leaned rich and slightly sassy, combining saturated tones, layered textures, and thoughtful details that made the space feel warm, intimate, and luxurious.
